PURPOSE:To secure such a fluorescent lamp as being excellent in an outward show, by installing a first valve, applying a phosphor solution to the inner surface of a tube and preventing the solution from dripping, in an end part of a phosphor solution tank as well as installing a second valve, making an applying quantity a very small amount before interlocking the first valve which is therefore closed, in the midway of the tank. CONSTITUTION:A first valve 5, applying a phosphor solution in flowing down to the inside of a tube and preventing the solution from dripping, is installed in the end part of a phosphor solution tank, while a second valve 8, holding water pressure down to low before interlocking the first valve 5 which is therefore closed, is installed in the midway of the tank. A valve shaft 7 is pressed down from the topside with a cylinder or the like, making these first and second valves 5 and 8 open each, and the phosphor solution is applied to the inside of the glass tube. Afterward, the valve shaft 7 is gradually lifted up, and first of all, the second valve 8 is closed or the first valve 5 is closed after making a solution quantity a very small amount. With this constitution, such a fluorescent lamp as being excellent in an outward show can be secured. |
