PURPOSE:To attempt to rationalize the manufacture of pallets and install slip preventing members to them securely by making an arrangement so that beltlike slip preventing members can be arranged and processed by a series of consecutive stages of less number. CONSTITUTION:At first, positions where beltlike slip preventing members 5 are to be arranged must be determined in metal molds 1a, 1b and unwinder units 4 are installed on each of extended lines of those positions outside the metal molds 1a, 1b. Next, sliding levers 10a of draw-out units 10 are caused to ascend and grasping units 10b are caused to grasp the ends of the beltlike slip preventing members 5 and the levers 10a are caused to descend. By this, the beltlike slip preventing members 5 are arranged at specified positions in the metal molds 1a, 1b, and parison 2 is discharged between both metal molds 1a, 1b from a discharge unit 3 and the metal molds 1a, 1b are closed. At this time, the grasping units 10b release the beltlike slip preventing members 5 and pinch-off units 6, 7 arranged in the metal molds 1a, 1b mesh each other and cut the parison 2 to be blow-formed and at the same time, they cut off the upper and lower ends of beltlike slip preventing members 5. |
