PURPOSE:To impart not only dispersing effect but also activating effect, by making an ion collide with a particle group comprising particulate materials directly sucked with high pressure air by generating an ion stream in the vivinity of the pressure gas jet orifice of an ejector. CONSTITUTION:The part of a blow orifice 3 is formed as a nozzle 5 made of a dielectric material and the ejector part 6 contacted with the nozzle 5 is made of a conductive material. At the same time, a bush made of a conductive material is inlaid with the interior of the nozzle 5. For example, high pressure air is supplied to the nozzle 5 through a nipple 8 made of an insulating material. On the other hand, the output of a high frequency power source 9 is connected to the ejector part 6 and the bush 7 to generate a large amount of ions in the vicinity of the blow orifice 3. These ions are collided with a particle group comprising particulate materials 1 directly sucked along with high pressure air to generate dispersing effect while exerting activating effect upon said particle group. |
