PURPOSE:To secure the air-tightness and liquid-tightness of the terminal outtake port of a lid body, by solidifying a liquid resin material filling the space in the terminal outtake port, in such a state that external conductors are respectively connected to the output terminals of both electrodes extending into the space through a partition wall. CONSTITUTION:A partition wall 3 is formed in a lid body 40 in a state suspended from the upper wall 41 of said lid body so as to isolate a humidity sensitive membrane 30 and a microporous film 50 from the terminal outtake port of the lid body 40. On the other hand, the space formed in the terminal outtake port of the lie body 40 in the outer surface side of the partition wall 43 is filled with a filler 44 comprising a non-conductive synthetic resin material. Both side end parts of the partition wall 43 are integrated with the inner peripheral wall parts of the lid body 40 corresponding thereto and the lower edge 43a of the partition wall 43 is formed so as to be cloely contacted with the output terminal parts 22, 22 of both comb tooth electrodes 20, 20 and the upper surface 11 (except parts where the output terminals 22, 22 are positioned) of an insulating substrate 10. |
