PURPOSE:To obtain a device to be used by a physically handicapped person easily by adding a means, which omits key-input of a key number and the amount of money to output a designated amount of money when a dealing medium where a limited contract is entered is inserted to a normal automatic dealing device. CONSTITUTION:When a physically handicapped person inserts a card 1 to a card reader 2, physically handicapped person information and a fixed money code are read out besides normal card data and are sent to a center through a transmission data buffer 5. The center checks the balance; and if the check result is good, the instruction of a handicapped person mode is sent to a receiving data control circuit 10, and the key-input of the key number and the amount of money is skipped, and money set to a money data buffer 7 is sent to a bank note counting part 11 immediately and is outputted, and card return is commanded. Simultaneously, a control parameter generating circuit 6 starts a camera 13, a speaker 15, and a remote monitor device 17 to guide him for cash reception and card return and to monitor him for the prevention of crimes. By this constitution, even a physically handicapped (especially, visually handicapped) person can use the device easily if he can insert a card only. |
