PURPOSE:To improve safety by preventing a start of a vehicle at the time of starting of the same, by controlling an increase of a rotation of an engine when a gear is at a reverse running position, in the vehicle such as a tricycle for an off road. CONSTITUTION:When a gear is engaged at a reverse running position and a reverse switch 36 is turned ON, a point (b) is at zero potential and a transistor 64 is turned OFF. As a transistor 67, therefore, is turned OFF as a wave form of a point (a) appears on a point (c) as it is, a thyristor 53 can not be turned ON and starting of an engine is not performed. On the one hand, when the gear is not engaged at the reverse running position and the reverse switch 36 is turned OFF, the transistor 64 is turned ON as a wave form of the point (a) appears on the point (b) as it is. Then when a pulse signal is applied to the transistor 67 from a pulse coil 34, the Tr67 is turned ON and the thyristor 53 is turned ON by a high potential part of a wave form of a point (d). With this construction, the engine is started as charged electric charge of a condenser 31 is discharged. |
