PURPOSE:To make a seat belt easy to take up at the time of wearing of the same and to facilitate riding in a rear seat, by winding up the seat belt by a driving device by detecting that a back of a front seat is bent forward, in a two door car. CONSTITUTION:When a rider seated on a seat 8 wears a seat belt 9, an anchor arm 7 is bent forward through its empty weight and connected with a latch part 20. A tongue plate 10, therefore, can be taken up easily. When the tongue plate 10 is connected with a buckle 4, a detected signal of a buckle sensor 4a is transmitted to a control circuit 6, motor 2 is driven and the seat belt 9 is wound up. On the one hand, when a back part 81 of a front seat is bent forward at the time of riding in a rear seat, a detected signal of a seat back sensor 5a is transmitted to the control circuit 6, the motor 2 is driven, the seat belt 9 is wound up and the anchor arm 7 is lifted up. The riding, therefore, in the rear seat can be facilitated. |
