<p>PURPOSE:To move quickly a display in response to the movement of an operating member by providing a means, which converts the extent of movement of the operating member to the number of times of operation of a switch, to detect the direction of movement of the operating member. CONSTITUTION:Balls 2-1, 2-3, etc. are fixed freely rotatably in 4 positions of the lower end of a frame 1 of a switch device 21, and the frame 1 is used as the operating member. An arm 3 is extended downward from the center of the frame 1, and a holding plate 4 extending into a cross shape is fixed freely shakably to this arm 3, and a turning part 5 is fixed to the lower end of the holding plate 4 as one body. Columnar parts 10(10-1, 10-3, etc.) are formed in end parts of the holding plate 4, and movable contacts 11(11-1, 11-3, etc.) and fixed contacts 12(12-1, 12-3, etc.) are provided in accordance with columnar parts 10. A display control circuit 26 is connected to this device 21 through a microcomputer 22, and a CRT27 is connected to the circuit 26. An ROM23 and an RAM25 of the computer 22 are used to not only convert the extent of movement of the operating member to the number of times of operation of the switch but also detect the direction of movement of the operating member, thus moving the display quickly in response to the movement of the operating member.</p> |
