PURPOSE:To obtain a device each to operate by storing the display state which is set in accordance with a retrieval position in the electronic filing system where an image data is inputted and is preserved and retrieved and displayed or printed. CONSTITUTION:A drawing or the like is read by an image input/output device 10, and this data is compressed by an information compressing and expanding part 60 so that it can be preserved easily, and this data is preserved in a magnetic disc device 30. This data is expanded to the original state in the expanding part 60 by a command and is displayed on a CRT display device 20 and is printed by the device 10. A display state storage circuit 80 stores the display state of a CRT21 and can designate rotation, enlargement, etc. by the operation of a keyboard 22 in the state where data is displayed on the screen. If an operator wants to detect the contents of preserved data, he performs a corresponding key input from the keyboard 22, and then, information is retrieved by a processor card 71, and desired data is displayed on the CRT21. Since data is displayed in the display state which is set beforehand by the storage part 80, a picture easy to see is obtained. |
