The pump includes an inertial valve 70 secured to a guide rod 71 receiving an inertial counterweight 76 kept at rest bearing on an abutment washer 77 by a compression spring 78 which can be calibrated by means of a nut 79; the valve 70 is held in the open position by a compression spring 74 which can be calibrated by an adjustment nut 75, bearing on a washer 3 resting on a bearing washer 73 interacting with a second bearing washer 72 and a third washer 81 receiving the actuating rod 21, the three washers 72, 73, 81 being secured by threaded rods 82 and spacers 83, 84, 85 which also immobilise the seal of the pump 9, the annular seat 7 of the valve 70 and a washer 80 interacting with the seat for holding the seal 9. This pump can be used particularly with wind machines which have fast blades and a very low start-up torque. <IMAGE>
