<p>PURPOSE:To make paper breaking attainable without using both movable and stationary blades as well as to aim at the structural simplification and maintenance easiness of a device, by changing a relative speed in a separated clip-holding and conveying device, while making tension acting on web paper on which a perforated breaking pattern is made up and thereby breaking the paper from the patterned part into separation. CONSTITUTION:A receipt R1 whose slip R is separated by a separating plate 124 arrives at a pair of separating roller 128A and 128B and held in between, while immediately after that, rotation in anoter pair of separating rollers 125A and 125B is stopped but these rollers 128A and 128B keep on with their rotation and in proportion as tension acting on the receipt R1 grows large, the receipt R1 is bent in dog-legged form at a spot nearby a contact surface of a fusiform roller 1301, that is, at the central part of the receipt R1 whereby the tension becomes inequality, coming into maximum at the crosswise central part. Therefore, perforations on the receipt R1 get breaking in close vicinity to the bent part and the whole paper is split along these perforations into a single slip, then the receipt R1 is discharged to a receipt outlet. Thus, since no cutter is used simplification in a system structure and the promotion of maintenance easiness by no cutter change both are attainable.</p> |
