PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for tack welding operation and to improve productivity by engaging the recessed part of a material formed by superposing a blank material for a butt sliding contact ring and a sheet-shaped brazing material and blanking the same to one body with the projecting part of a disc plate and setting both parts. CONSTITUTION:A projecting part 4 is formed on the joint surface between a disc plate 1 and a blank material 2a for a ring. The material 2a formed with a recess 5 mating with the part 4 and a sheet-shaped brazing material 3 are superposed and are blanked to one body. such material is attached to the plate 1 by engaging the projecting part 4 and the recess 5, then the assembly is brazed in a furnace. The need for setting of the brazing material and tack welding is eliminated and productivity is improved by the above-mentioned method. |
