PURPOSE:To make it possible to receive and return pallets by stopping a carrying car only once, by constitution wherein respective units for receiving or returning pallets, which are located on both sides of a carrying car respectively, by facing each other across said carrying car, are connected together with roller conveyers which transport said pallets in parallel, along the three sides of a square, without revolving of said pallets. CONSTITUTION:Receiving unit 16 and returning unit 18 for pallets, which are installed on both sides of a carrying car 14 respectivly, facing each other across said carrying car, constitute a platform 10 by being connected together by means of lifters 42, 50, 54, 58 and roller conveyers 48, 52, 56, so that said units, lifters, and roller conveyers form together three sides of a square. By this constitution, a pallet on said carrying car 14 is conveyed from a transfer unit 22 to said receiving unit 16. Works on a pallet are taken out to a line 12 with lifters 42 or 50, and the unloaded pallet is conveyed in parallel on said roller conveyers 48, 52, 56 and said lifter 50, 54, 58 without revolving to be returned to said car 14 from said returning unit 18. By this constitution, when said car is stopped once, not only the receiving of pallet but also the returning of pallets can be performed. |
