PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency and also to decrease a spurious level by providing an input side electrode group and an output side electrode group so as to overlap in the broadwise direction of ceramics. CONSTITUTION:Polarized electrodes 12, 13 are formed to an upper face and a lower face of a laminated type ceramics 11 having an internal electrode and polarization processing is applied so as to be polarized into the broadwise direction P. The internal electrode consists of two electrode groups 14, 15 overlapped in the broadwise direction of the ceramics, each electrode group is overlapped mutually in the broadwise direction P of the ceramics and consists of plural inserted electrodes 14a-14e and 15a-15e overlapped mutually and placed in parallel in the broadwise direction P of the ceramics and they are alternately led out to ceramics side faces 16, 17 respectively. On the other hand, in applying an input voltage while using one electrode group as the input side electrode group, the input side electrode group vibrates in the broadwise direction, a surface acoustic wave based on the vibration is delivered in the broadwise direction of the ceramics and an output is extracted from the output side electrode group. |
