PURPOSE:To attain annoucement with the optimum narration by adding an echo device to a monitor device to control utterance to utter the next word and phrase while awaiting the disappearance of echo. CONSTITUTION:While the output of microphone M is used to a modulation input of a transmitter Tx, part of an amplifier AMP output is converted into voice by a monitor speaker SP via an echo circuit D provided newly, and the result is monitored. In case of broadcast while listening to a monitor output added with echo, since an announcer speaks under the presence as if the voice echoed from a building or a mountain were listened to outdoors, the narration of the announcer becomes slow naturally, so the utterance is controlled to utter the next word and phrase after the disappearance of the echo is closed. |
