PURPOSE:To check a storage signal with time lapse by comparing plural storage signals, and controlling a write. CONSTITUTION:Plural digital signals are inputted to an acquisition system part 250 from a data probe 100. In the system part 250, an input signal is stored by a recognizing part 200, write of the signal is executed by an index part 300, storage contents and write contents are compared by a measurement control part 400, and in accordance with a result of comparison, write of the signal is stopped. |
