发明名称 TRANSIENT CURRENT SHUT-OFF CIRCUIT
摘要 PURPOSE:To absorb and to shut off the large transient current generated in an electronic circuit so that the external section is not influenced, by providing two shut-off circuits which stop the transient current of the electronic circuit generating the large transient current and a capacitor for absorption to the transient current circuit. CONSTITUTION:Assuming the total capacity of a bit line as 1,200pF and the suitable charging capability is provided, both the 1st and 3rd drain power supply lines 1 and 3, and 2nd and 4th source power supply lines 2 and 4 produce the peak current of about 150mA, and the current is feared that it will cause the overload to be subjected directly to an external power supply 13 and the evil influence to be exerted on an electronic circuit 5 which is an input and output circuit utilizing wiring impedance. Meanwhile, when the values of resistances 7 and 8 are assumed as 5OMEGA respectively and the capacity value of the capacitor 9 is 0.1muF, the transient current, which occurs at the 1st and 3rd drain power supply lines 1 and 3 is such a small value as 4mA in peak value, so that the change of a charging speed of the bit line due to the insertion of resistances 7 and 8 and a capacitor 9 is only the difference of several tens mV per unit time compared with the direct connection at the same time.
