PURPOSE:To diagnose surely periodontitis by examining the dynamic action of the B.gingivalis in lesion by using a monoclonal antibody. CONSTITUTION:The diagnosis is accomplished by utilizing the monoclonal antibody generated from a monoclonal antiboty genetic hybridoma for B.gingivalis. The monoclonal antibody genetic hybridoma is obtd. by cell fusion and screening of a B.gingivalis antibody genetic cell and myeloma cell. The monoclonal antibody for the B.gingivalis generated by the hybridoma has high specificity for the B.gingivalis and is hardly reactable with other black colony formable bacteroides groups and therefore the B.gingivalis can be discriminated from other bacteroides groups and the surely identified, by which the number of teeth is known and the local presence and dynamic actiin of the B.gingivalis, i.e., the periodontitis causative bacteria are easily examined. The periodontitis is thus surely diagnosed and the condition, etc. after the treatment of the periodontitis are surely known. |
