1511214 Automatic control programmer ETABS CARPANO & PONS 25 Jan 1977 [9 Feb 1976] 03023/77 Heading G3N An electronic programmer includes an inte- grated circuit 1 which contains a program store containing a plurality of programs the individual program required can be selected by operating switching means until the number of the desired program is displayed when a second switching means is operated to start the program. As shown, the integrated circuit 1 has 4 inputs and 19 outputs and includes address register 3 connected to a memory comprising RAM 8 and ROM 9 containing the individual programs P1-P8. An instruction decoding register 4, arithmetic unit 5 and the output from memory 2 are connected to an output network 6 which is connected, via interface 12 to controlled elements, displays AC, AP and to the switch matrix t 1 -t 9 In operation, switch t3 controls the selection of the program and, if retained closed, causes the program selector to step every 2 seconds with the number of the program displayed on AP. When the desired program is selected operation is started automatically or by manual operation of switch t 6 . The progression of the program is displayed on AC. The programmer is stated to be suitable for use in controlling clothes or dish washing machines. |
