PURPOSE:To obtain the titled device having no current consumption before and after the programing and capable of altering the state of circuit connection by a method wherein the first element becoming short before the programing and open after it and the second element becoming open before the programing and short after it are connected in series as a program element connected between the power source and the ground. CONSTITUTION:Before the programing, a fuse 2 is short, a switch 3 being open, and a low level being then outputted at an output terminal OUT. When it becomes necessary to alter the state of circuit connection, the fuse is cut with a laser beam, etc. and then opened, and the switch is closed with the laser beam, etc. and then turned short. Therefore, a high level is outputted at the output terminal OUT, and thus the state of circuit connection is altered. Thereby, the switch becomes open before the programing, and the fuse becomes open after it; accordingly the current flowing from the power source to the ground can be reduced to zero before and after the programing. |
