PURPOSE:To detect exactly walking or running, to display the number of steps, and to cause no malfunction by detecting and counting an output signal in case a load which a piezoelectric sensor receives becomes below a prescribed load. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric sensor 1 is contained in shoes 10, and incorporated in an insole 11 which is cut and used to match the shoes 10. A body is connected directly to a lead wire 3 drawn out of the piezoelectric sensor 1. The body 2 is provided with a segment liquid crystal 4 and a solar battery 7 being a power source, and installed so as to be freely attachable and detachable to and from an angle pad part of the shoes 10. The piezoelectric sensor 1 conducts by a load which is less than a static load by the weight of the human body, and a fall of an output is detected and counted when a foot is separated from the ground in case of walking or running, namely, when a load is not applied to the piezoelectric sensor 1 and it becomes off. |
