The invention relates to a device for supplying a dental surgery instrument 1. This device comprises a supply source S, a flexible supply pipe 2 and a framework 3, the pipe 2 extending in a half-loop from a fastening point 5 and passing through a support guide 4, 7 capable of receiving the instrument 1 in the unused position. The device is characterised in that it furthermore comprises elastic stiffening means 6, associated with the pipe from the fastening point 5 as far as the vicinity of the instrument 1, these means 6 having a rigidity such that, in the position of use, with the instrument 1 distant from the support guide 4, 7, they 6 prevent the bending of the section of the pipe 2 situated upstream of the support guide 4, 7, by holding this section horizontal.
