摘要 |
PURPOSE:To prevent a peeling crack owing to hydrogen by welding a Cr-Mo steel added with a specific amt. of B and Nb as underlying and building up a stainless steel thereon. CONSTITUTION:A weld metal consisting of the same components as the components of a base metal consisting of a Cr-Mo steel and contg. <=0.08% C, 0.3- 1.0% Nb and 0.002-0.02% B is build-up welded into >=1 layer onto the base metal in the case of subjecting the inside surface of a Cr-Mo steel pressure vessel to be used in the hydrogen atmosphere of a high temp. and high pressure to build-up welding of a stainless steel. An austenitic stainless steel is then build- up welded thereon into >=1 layer. |
