PURPOSE:To make it possible to carry out comfortable heating by an electrically heated seat, simultaneously with heating by an automatic air-conditioning system, by changing current fed through a heating resistor element in the electrically heated seat in accordance with signals for controlling the rotational speed of a blower fan motor in the automatic air-conditioning system. CONSTITUTION:When a heater switch 10 is selectively set at an AUTO position, a relay contact 18 is closed. Further, when the control of heating by an air-conditioning control unit 12 is initiated, a large drive current is fed to a blower fan motor 14 to carry out fast heating since the deviation between the temperature of the passenger's compartment and a first desired temperature is large. A control signal at this time is also fed to a heater controlling power transistor 20 so that fast heating is carried out by heat from heaters 4, 5 in the electrically heated seat 1. The deviation from the desired value decreases, the rotational speed of the blower fan motor is steppedly lowered, the current of the heaters 4, 5 is simultaneously lowered.
