发明名称 PRESSURE FLUIDIZED BED REACTION APPARATUS
摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to keep the height of a fluidized bed constant, in the main body of a gassifying furnace having a pressure fluidized bed formed to the furnace bottom thereof, by detecting the height of the pressure fluidized bed by the differential pressure and controlling the ash discharge amount of as ash discharge means on the basis of the detection result. CONSTITUTION:A pressure fluidized bed 3 is formed to the furnace bottom of the main body 1 of a gassifying furnace and ash is discharged from the furnace bottom of the main body 1 by a means 8. Further, the height of the fluidized bed 3 is detected on the basis of differential pressure by a means 24 while the ash discharge amount of the means 8 is controlled on the basis of the output signal of the means 24 by a control apparatus 25. By this simple and inexpensive constitution, the height of the fluidized layer can be kept constant and a constant reaction ratio can always be obtained for coal particles different in reaction capacity.
