摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enable speedy attenuation of mis-transmitted two-dimensional propagation by providing a device for initializing sampled values for every scan line and determining forecasting coefficients so that all of inpulse response absolute values of a receiving side integration circuit become smaller than 1 and the sum of said values in the left downward direction of a directly below scan line becomes smaller than 1. CONSTITUTION:This is a case where X is forecast from two sampling points; A and B. When assuming forecasting coefficients from A and B as (a) and (b) respectively, a forecasting function P(Z, W) can be obtained in the following equation. Provided that Z and W are horizontal and vertical delayers for conversion. P(Z, W)=aZ<-1>+bZ.W<-1>. As a combination of (a) and (b) meeting the above conditions, for example, a=3/4 and b=1/4 are considered. Where an inpulse response value h(m, n) of the receiving side integration circuit is as shown in the figure. Each number shows an inpulse response value at a position of each picture element. At the sampling point where a transmission error occurs in a numeric value, the values in the other points are smaller than 1. The sum of the absolute values of the response values becomes 5/8 and also is smaller than 1, thereby satisfying the above conditions.</p>
