PURPOSE:To make general calling and to send a common message to selectively called receiving devices having the same address, by putting the same address in the n-th batch and the message in and after the (n+1)-th batch. CONSTITUTION:When general calling is made, signals are transmitted by putting the same address A0 in all the eight frames of the n-th batch and message signals M1-M4 in and after the (n+1)-th batch. If the signal A0 is detected at the n-th batch irrespectively of the frame number, the operating timing of selectively called receiving devices is set so that they can receive the message signals M1- M4 in and after the (n+1) batch. Therefore, general calling and sending of the common message to a specific receiving device group having the same address signal A0 can be made. |
