PURPOSE:A makeup cosmetic, obtained by incorporating titanium dioxide having twice or more the conventional average particle diameter and specific minimum particle diameter with other components, having hiding power and natural finish and smooth feeling of use. CONSTITUTION:A makeup cosmetic obtained by incorporating up to 45wt%, preferably 5-45wt% titanium dioxide for white pigment having 0.4-20mu average particle diameter and >=0.2mu minimum particle diameter with other components. EFFECT:The cosmetic can be lightly and smoothly extended without putting on makeup very thickly, and caking which becomes a problem in solid powdery cosmetic is not caused at all.
