PURPOSE:To increase the smoke removing effect of the titled device by causing the vane of an exhauster to constantly hold a predetermined smoke arresting effect. CONSTITUTION:An oil smoke generated from a kitchen unit by the rotation of an impeller 2 flows as shown by arrow 3, and is discharged. An impeller shaft 4 is made hollow and a pipe 5 is installed at an end which is reverse to an end on which the impeller 2 is mounted so that the impeller shaft 4 is rotatable and slidable. A solvent within a solvent tank 7 is made conveyable up to the impeller 2 through a pump 6. The solvent which has been pumped up by the pump 6 flows out of the tip end 8 of the impeller end 4. The solvent which has flowed out moves from the central part to the outside of the impeller 2 by a centrifugal force produced by the rotation of the impeller while wetting the impeller 2. The solvent mixed with the oil smoke is sprayed from the outermost end and accumulates at the bottom of a smoke removing box 9. A supersonic wave generator 10 may be mounted on the inner wall of the smoke removing box 9 so that oil drop particles displays a supersonic wave vibration. |
