PURPOSE:To bypass a heat exchanger according to the necessity, exhaust air and to efficiently drive the titled fan by providing a bypass and a bypass damper in the heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:A bypass 16 is provided contiguously to heat exchange elements 7 in an exhaust side flow passage of the heat exchanger 5 in the titled air-conditioning ventilating fan. The bypass damper 17 is provided in the bypass. In the case of the damper being in a closed state 17a, indoor air B1 passes through the heat exchange elements 7, and is heat-exchanged with outdoor air A1. In a case where no heat exchange is required or the exhaust quantity is desired to be increased, an operating lever 19 is manipulated to put the damper 17 into an open state 17b. In the case of the damper 17 being in the open state, most of the indoor air B4 flows to the bypass 16 at a lower position in a manner of a pressure loss, and is exhausted without being heat-exchanged. |
