PURPOSE:To eliminate the time lag up to the reception of control data and to realize high-speed control and the improvement of work precision by controlling a controlled system on the basis of a control signal from a control circuit and control data corresponding to it. CONSTITUTION:A welding control circuit 1 outputs a beam control command signal 8 and also counts the time lag from the output to the generation of an electron beam by an electron beam generator 4, and is capable of outputting a next signal 8 without holding itself for the time lag of operations of a beam control circuit 2 and the generator 4, so the circuit 2 and 4 perform control and generate the electron beam 7 without stopping. The circuit 1 outputs a work control command signal 9 to a work control circuit 3. The circuit 3 outputs a work movement control signal 11 to a work moving device 5 and also to the circuit 1 at the same time. Consequently, the circuit 1 knows the operation of the moving device 5 and outputs a next signal 9 without any time lag in the operation detection of the moving device 5. |
