PURPOSE:To make the thickness of an adhering member layer constant and to improve the position precision of the fitting of a piezoelectric substrate to a stem by forming a recessed groove in the stem at the adhering member layer side closely to and along the outer peripheral edge of the adhering member layer. CONSTITUTION:The V-shaped recessed groove 15 is formed previously in the step 13 along the outer peripheral edge of the adhering member layer 14. The depth of this recessed groove 15 is, for example, 3-33 times as large as the thickness of the adhering member layer 14. Namely, when the thickness of the adhering member layer 14 is, for example, 15-30mum, the recessed groove 15 is worked to a 100-500mum depth. Further, the internal size l1 of the recessed groove 15 is about 80-90% of the size l2 of the piezoelectric substrate in both the X-axial and Y-axial directions, and the external diameter l3 is about 110- 120% of the piezoelectric substrate 1. An adhesive is applied over the top surface of the stem 13 with a roof prism tool or brush and then the outer edge part of the adhesive flows in the recessed groove 15 inevitably to obtain the adhering member layer 14 with uniform thickness. |
