Profile component consisting of polyurethane foam

摘要

A profile component consisting of polyurethane foam with an incorporated metal hollow profile is described. The hollow profile has on the surface a plurality of parallel webs extending in the longitudinal direction, which form undercuts. In order that during extrusion of the hollow profile the extrusion resistance is increased as little as possible by the webs, it is provided that the width of the webs decreases outwardly from the surface of the hollow profile.
