Anti-roll suspension for utility vehicle

The torsion element (1) is mounted centrally near each axle (10), with its axis extending parallel to the centre line of the vehicle. Two support arms (3) are linked to two points on the chassis and two other arms (4) to two points on the axle. The torsion element does no restrict the vertical movement of the suspension and gives increased lateral support from the four struts. It has adjustable lateral support to counteract roll.
