摘要 |
PURPOSE:To obtain a composite Al alloy material having superior pitting corrosion resistance in a corrosive environment contg. water by using an Al alloy contg. Zn and Mn or further contg. Mg as a shell material and an Al alloy contg. Cu and Cr, Zr or Ti or further contg. Mg as a core material. CONSTITUTION:An Al alloy contg. 0.1-1.0wt% Zn and 0.05-0.3wt% Mn or further contg. 0.2-2.5wt% Mg is used as a shell material. The amount of Fe contained in the alloy as an impurity satisfies Mn/Fe>=1.5. An Al alloy contg. 0.2- 1.0wt% Cu and one or more among 0.05-0.5wt% each of Cr, Zr and Ti or further contg. 0.05-0.5wt% Mn is used as a core material. A composite Al alloy material having superior pitting corrosion resistance in a corrosive environment contg. water is manufactured by combining said Al alloys.
