摘要 PURPOSE:To perform high-speed treatment by circulating reactive tube cassettes positioned at the ends of the adjacent 1st and 2nd reaction lines at certain pitch at every one cycle so that the specific reaction tubes cycle by crossing a photometric part by the prescribed same number. CONSTITUTION:Blank parts (a), (b) are provided to a reaction tube cassette array contg. the plural reaction tubes 2 in a thermostatic chamber 1. The 1st reaction line RL1 is formed of c-1-c-10 and the 2nd reaction line RL2 of c-11,- c-20 so that the cassettes positions at the ends are successively transferred respectively to the blank parts (b), (a). The photometric part 7 consisting of a light source 3, lenses 4, 5 and spectroscope 6 is provided between one end of the line RL1 and the part (b) so that photometry is executed when each cassette moves successively. The sampling of specimens, dispensing of reagents, etc. are executed in the prescribed position. One cycle is completed when all the reaction tubes cross the optical path.
