PURPOSE:To save power consumption and reduce noise production by making the speed change of triangular pattern that of trapezoidal one. CONSTITUTION:The factor is reduced from 16 to 27/2=13.5 to save about 15.6% of power consumption compared with the case of triangular pattern by providing P(trapezoidal pattern)=27/2.(LO-LR)<2>/(LO-LSYN)<3>.Vl<3>. Further, the life and noise of mechanism section such as shear drive section are improved. That is, in the case of trapezoidal pattern, since the acceleration change is reduced, the mechanical shock is reduced so that the life and noise of the mechanism section is respectively elongated and reduced. |
