PURPOSE:To widen the permissible range of the source voltage drop of the reference voltage generator by composing a basic component of an operational amplifier consisting of P channel MOS transistors (TR) as the 1st and the 2nd bipolar TRs and an input different couple of TRs. CONSTITUTION:Collectors of the bipolar TRs 1 and 2 are connected to a source voltage terminal 6 and bases are connected mutually and impressed with a voltage a half as high as, for example, a source voltage VDD. Further, the emitter of the TR1 and a current supply terminal 53 of a current mirror circuit 5 are connected together through a resistance R31. The emitter of the TR2 and a current supply terminal 54 of the circuit 5 are connected together through Ts 32 and 33 connected in series. One input terminal of the operational amplifier 4 is connected to the emiter of the TR1 and the other input terminal is connected to the connection point of the T32 and R33. Further, the input terminal 55 of the circuit 5 and the output terminal 47 of the amplifier 4 are connected together. Then, the input differential couple of TRs 41' and 42' of the operational amplifier use a P channel MOSTR to widen the permissible range of the source voltage drop. |
