PURPOSE:To attain the production a comb-line filter for separation of color signal of a TV signal produced by a CCD, by supplying the input signal to a source area at one side and to an electrode means at the other side in order to obtain signals of pases adverse to each other without using an inverter. CONSTITUTION:The input signal of a signal source 1 is applied to a source diffusion layer through a capacitor 21 as well as to an electrode 33 through a capacitor 31. The input signal components have phases opposite to each other, and the 1H time difference is given between the signals of phases adverse to each other according to the difference of number of bits of a CCD. Then the addition of charge is carried out under an electrode 35, and this added charge is transferred to a floating diffusion layer 65 and delivered by a sensing MOS FET61 as the voltage signal. |
