PURPOSE:To know generation and kind of an abnormality without any operation by switching automatically a channel into a TV channel corresponding to a detected abnormality and restoring automatically the channel selected before depending on the release of the abnormality. CONSTITUTION:An abnormality detector 2 consists of a fire sensor 2a, a gas leakage sensor 2b, an emergency switch 2c, and an invasion sensor 2d. A different channel is assigned in response to the emergency of the detectes abnormality from the detector 2, the channel is switched automatically to a TV channel corresponding to the detected abnormality with the highest emergency and a picture corresponding to the abnormality is displayed on a TV receiver 1. The release of the abnormality allows the channel to be switched to a channel of the abnormality with the next highest emergency stored already. Further, when all abnormalities are released, the channel is restored automatically to the channel selected before generation of the abnormalities.
