PURPOSE:To enable the accurate quantitative determination of the antigen in bodily fluids, by using specific ultra-fine particles and suppressing dummy reaction by the cause substance of non-specific immunological reaction. CONSTITUTION:This immunological measuring method is constituted so as to inhibit non-specific immunological reaction by adding ultra-fine particles, which are sensitized with a substance having the reactivity with a non-specific factor, to a specimen. The abovementioned ultra-fine particles have an average particle size of 0.2mum or less, pref., 0.01-0.1mum and, as the material of the ultra-fine particles, for example, an inactivated virus, a synthetic resin such as polyamide or an inorg. material such as activated carbon is used. As the non-specific factor absorbing substance, for example, a substance having stabilizing action as protective colloid or a normal antibody component produced from an animal or a human being or one obtained by applying enzyme treatment or physical or chemical treatment to said antibody component is used.
