PURPOSE:To manufacture safely the titled grill without any skill by providing a slot having a proper width and depth in the peripheral direction to the rear face of frame, providing a rib fitted to the said slot with a proper fitting, and fitting a net stuff covering the surface of the frame between the rib and the slot while clipping the outer peripheral part of the net stuff. CONSTITUTION:A ring slot 8 provided along the peripheral direction at the rear face of the frame 7 has a proper width and depth. The ring rib fitted to the ring slot 8 with a proper fitting is shown in caption 9 and the net stuff covering the surface of the frame 7 is shown in caption 10, and the outer peripheral part of the 10 is clipped between the rib 9 and the ring slot 8. In assembling the titled grill, the surface of the frame 7 is covered with the net stuff 10 and its outer peripheral part is rolled back into the rear face of the frame 7 with a proper tension. Then the rib 9 is pressed into the ring slot 8 together with the outer peripheral part of the net stuff 10 from the said state, then the fitting of the net stuff 10 is finished. A remaining part 10A of the net stuff 10 is removed by cutting it off by a cutter knife. |
