摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the workability and the safety while to prevent rotation of working unit by inserting a fixed shaft into a through-hole made at the tip of a rotary arm and securing the working unit to the arm through an adjusting bolt provided in parallel with the shaft. CONSTITUTION:When changing a work, the fixing bolt 48 at the tip of second arm 3 is loosened to loose the underside nut 42a and to lower a bracket 27a. Consequently, the fixed shaft 26 and a chuck unit 39 at the lower end of a tightening unit 26 will lower. Upon lowering to predetermined position, the upside nut 42 is tightened to hold the bracket 27a through the nuts 42, 42a and secure to the adjusting bolt 41 thereafter to secure the fixed shaft 26 through the bolt 48 to the tip of the arm 3. The tightening unit 25 will lift similarly. With such structure, the workability and the safety are improved while anti-rotation effect of fixed shaft is achieved.
