PURPOSE:To improve ease of insertion when mounting a cone diaphragm and a coupling cone for driving plane diaphragm, and to shorten a working time and to reduce a defective work by providing a slanted part at the front end of a voice coil bobbin. CONSTITUTION:A slanted part 1a of angle theta1 is provided extending over whole circumference at a front end part of the voice coil bobbin 1. When inserting, the tip part 1b of the slanted part 1a inserted into the opening of a cone diaphragm 2, then remaining part can be inserted easily guided by the slanted part 1a. After completion of insertion, the diaphragm 2 and bobbin 1 are bonded by adhesive 4. In this example of execution, insertion of the bobbin 1 to the diaphragm 2 is described. However, it is needless to say that the front end part of the coupling cone for driving plane diaphragm can be executed similarly. |
