PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of three CCDs, to improve the resolution and to prevent the generation of error and residual image by constituting the titled device that the photodetecting section of the three CCDs of delta arrangement is arranged in a specific relation of position to the image forming plane of the object image having respectively red, blue and green spectral characteristics, and the photodetecting section of the three CCDs is moved at each field. CONSTITUTION:The light obtained from an object is resolved into an object image having red, blue and green spectral characteristics at a resolving optical system 22 through a lens 21, and the image is formed to RCCD26, BCCD27 and GCCD28 as the object image through an optical low pass filter having a band of a horizotal spatial frequency 1/2d respectively. The RCCD26 uses a vibrator 29 so as to pick up the image while deviating the signal by (d) in horizontal direction at the (4n+2)th field to the (4n+1)th field, by (h) in the vertical direction, by 2d in the horizontal direction at the (4n+3)th field, by 3d in the horizontal direction at the (4n+4)th field and by (h) in the vertical direction, then the time corresponding to the horizontal movement is subject to correction by a timing correction circuit 32. |
