PURPOSE:To mold resin efficiently by pouring resin into a cavity, moving a mold outside a molding equipment, holding a mold-clamping state in a mold-clamping holder and hardening the resin. CONSTITUTION:Of six operating stations A-F, resin is injected at station A, resin is afterhardened at stations B-D, molds are opened at station E and an insert metal is installed in the mold at station F. The mold 100 is transferred by a circular transfer device to each station. The mold 100 is clamped by the press device 200 at station A, the mold 100 is filled by the injector 300 with resin material, then mold clamping is held by a mold-clamping holder 120 the resin injecting hole 101 is closed by the injection hole closing mechanism 130 and then resin molded piece is afterhardened to be sent to station B. |
