The ignition and electrical distribution device of this invention is based on an electric machine and consists partly of a stator (1) with an even number of teeth (3), which are separated from each other a distance equal to a pole pitch, and partly of a rotor (9) with a permanent magnet (10), which is fitted between the plates (11, 12) which are in turn equipped with bill-shaped outlets (13 respective 15). The device of this invention is unique in that the number of outlets (13, 15) on each plate (11 respective 12) is the same and is one unit smaller than half the number of teeth (3) on the stator (1), while the width of one of the outlets (15) on one of the plates (12) and one of the corresponding tracks (14) in the opposite plate (11) is less than or equal to four pole pitches.<IMAGE> |
