PURPOSE:To make it possible to inexpensively provide the titled printer head bank by dispensing with not only the positioning of a yoke but also the machine work of a head carriage and simplifying assembling, by resinifying the head carriage and simultaneously performing the integral transfer encapsulation of a permanent magnet, yoke, and a coil at the molding time of the head carriage. CONSTITUTION:A permanent magnet 11, a yoke 12, a coil 13 and a cable 15 are assembled. The cable 25 is connected to the coil 13 at one terminal thereof. Then, the assembled one is put in a mold for molding a head carriage at a predetermined position and, thereafter, a resin is flowed in the mold to perform molding. Subsequently, the base part 22 of a printing hammer 14 is fixed to the front mount surface 23 of the resinified head carriage 10 by rivets 24. The side end part of the coil 13 of the cable is also integrated by the head carriage 10. |
