PURPOSE:To provide a cold rolling oil composition containing a specific oil component and a polymer emulsifier as essential components, having excellent lubricity and lubrication stability, and applicable to the cold rolling of a steel plate. CONSTITUTION:The objective cold rolling oil composition contains, as essential components, (A) one or more oil components selected from oil and fat, fatty acid ester and mineral oil and (B) one or more cationic and/or amphoteric polymer emulsifiers of formulas I -IV (R is H or CH3; R1 and R2 are H, CH3 or C2H5) having an average molecular weight of 8,000-1,000,000. EFFECT:A coolant liquid having relatively large particle diameter and narrow and sharp particle diameter distribution can be obtained. The particle diameter is insensitive to the stirring conditions. |
