PURPOSE:To reduce the mechanical distortion caused by the external force or by its own weight as well as to prevent the deterioration of magnetic characteristics due to the stacking, tightening and the like of thin plates by a method wherein the thickness of the thin film, consisting of an Fe group amorphous alloy with which a core is formed, is increased to the prescribed value or above. CONSTITUTION:The thin film consisting of an Fe group amorphous alloy of 50mum in thickness is stacked after an annealing is performed for improvement of magnetic properties, for example. After an alloy of compsn. of Fe80.5Si6.5B12C1 (atom%) is casted into a thin strip by performing a single roll-forming method wherein a Cu alloy roll of 1,000phimm. in diameter is used and the obtained amorphous thin strip of average plate thickness of 65mum is cut into the prescribed length, an annealing is performed on magnetic field at 380 deg.C for 60min in N2. Said thin plate 2 is stacked, and a core 1 of 90 deg. junction, to be used for single- phase transformer, is constituted. |
